What data is processed

High-score table: if you set a record, the three initials you type, your points and the level reached are stored on our server. No IP address or any other identifier is stored, and the initials need not match your name.

Preferences in your browser: the game keeps in your browser's local storage (localStorage, not cookies) the chosen language, whether sound is muted, your local best scores, whether you found the easter egg and your cookie decision. This is functional data, it never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser settings.

Analytics

Only if you accept in the cookie notice, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure visits, games played and language in aggregate. If you reject, the Google script is not loaded and no cookie is set.

This site links to other games (Horizon Panic, Orbit Panic). Each has its own privacy policy, which this one does not cover.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@pnyk.es. Note that scores are anonymous: to delete one, tell us the initials, the points and the approximate date.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
